Quality Policy

  • Quality shall be built in to the company’s product not only to meet customer’s requirements continuously but also to exceed them. The organizations shall achieve this through an interface with the market place,access to state of the art technology,R&D,process development and adoption of innovative manufacturing and marketing strategies.

 

The quality policy shall be integrated with the organization’s main objectives.

a. to remain market leader in quality.

b. to increase market share with focus on niche segments.

c. to improve productivity.

d. cost reduction.

e. reduction in parentage of seconds.

These objectives shall be reviewed once in a year.

The management shall be committed to provide resources and to comply with all requirements needed to fulfillment and continuous improvement of quality management system.

Quality culture shall be created throughout the organization through training and motivation of the people at all levels.

The quality policy shall be implemented through a network of systems & procedures understood and followedthroughout the organization.
