Continuous Filament Polyester Core Construction :
- Excellent uniformity for consistent performance
- Recommended for garments subjected to enzyme, stone and chemical washes
- Excellent Resistance to micro-organisms, mildew, abrasion, ultraviolet radiation and
chemicals - Reduces downtime and rejects due to seam failure and minimizes repairs after laundry
Cotton Wrapper
- Superior resistance to needle heat and heat applied during laundering
- Contribute to excellent loop formation that will minimize thread breakage and skipped
stitches - Ideal for contrast stitching and wash down effect on denims. Pre-production wash testing is recommended to assure that the wash down look is acceptable
Superior Strength per Size – higher tenacity than 100% Spun thread Costructions
- Allows the use of finer thread sizes to minimize seam puckering
- More yards per bobbin-fewer bobbin changes

- Polyester melts at 250-260 degree celsius, softens at 220-240 degree celsius
- Cotton discolours after prolonged exposure to high temperature
- Thread shrinkage in boiling water is less than 1% and in hot air is less than 2%
